Is your order page secure?
Our website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When you submit sensitive information to us, your information is protected.
When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and -mail address), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - Verisign 128-Bit SSL(and is the same level of security offered by other bigger stores such as Amazon.com, Buy.com and the like). For security purposes, we never store credit card numbers on a system that is connected to the internet.
In addition, you should know that the Fair Credit Billing Act provides protection for consumers who use their credit cards online. This law gives consumers the right to dispute charges on their monthly bill. In general, consumers are only held liable for the first $50 of fraudulent charges.

What happens to my email address?
We do not sell or share your email address or personal information with anyone-period. We send out special offers to our customers 1-2 times a year, max. And if you want to be removed from our list, we will gladly do that for you. Back to Top

How much is shipping?
We charge $9.95 for any quantity of ashtrays shipped to the 48 US States. Hawaii, Alaska and the territories are slightly higher. If you request UPS 2nd Day Air, it will also be higher.
If you place an order for foreign delivery, we will email you with the freight amount and delivery time. If you approve the amount we will then charge your credit card. Back to Top
Can I return an item that is defective or I just don't want?
If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your ashtray, we will replace it or provide a refund (your choice) for the full merchandise amount less shipping charges.
Electric smokeless ashtrays must be in resalable condition with original manufactures packaging.
Ashtrays are warrantied for a period of 90 days from date of purchase.
Email first for return authorization, with reason for return. Do not return item until you receive confirmation and instructions on how to return item. Sorry, but we cannot refund shipping charges back to us (Unless it was our mistake).
