May 11: Mother/Child Trivia on Saturday! Sunday from 8:00-9:00am, Moms come & have a free donut and coffee on us! May 17: Kid's spring crafts May 23-26: Memorial Day Weekend! Join us on Saturday for a pillowcase coloring craft for a nominal charge. Noah's Ark Build a Bear will be here on Saturday so you can create your favorite stuffed animal. Help us welcome Universal Sound Band back to Silver Springs! May 31: Poker trivia scavenger hunt!  June 7: Kid's Weekend! On Saturday, we will be playing Kid's Fear Factor! June 14-15: Elwood Lee Band will be here from 7:00-11:00 Saturday night! Dads/kids will build a fort, prizes awarded! Dads come & join us Sunday morning for a free donut and a cup of coffee from 8:00-9:00am. Happy Father's Day! June 21: 16th Annual Volleyball Tournament! $4.00/person entry fee. We will be tie-dying red/white/blue shirts. Bring one of your own or buy one from us for only $6.00/printed. We will supply the rest! ALSO, Southern Blues Band will be playing from 7:00-11:00! July 3-6: July 4th weekend! Fireworks are Friday night at dusk. (Just a reminder that we will not be allowing any fireworks of any kind.) Then on Saturday, join in the parade with your kids, bikes, pets, band, golf cart or whatever! Noah's Ark Build a Bear will be here on Friday, July 4th so you can create your favorite stuffed animal. The Dance Club DJ will be here on Saturday evening from 8:00-11:00 for your listening and dancing pleasure! July 12: Water Wars at the beach! Dance Club DJ will be our host. You make it all happen! Sign up your four person team by 10am on Saturday! Come prepared to get wet! July 19: CRAZY HAT weekend! The Elwood Lee Band will play from 7:00-11:00! Also, we will be making hats, you can make your own for a nominal charge! We will have the supplies! Wear your hat to the dance! July 26-27 : Sculpture Weekend! Watson Woods chainsaw carvers will be here to carve us something out of a log at 10:00 Saturday morning. Also, bring your shovels, pails, etc to build a monster sand castle! Prizes awarded! On Sunday, there is a pancake breakfast with the Columbus/Fall River Snowmobile Club! Nominal charge! All you can eat! August 2: THE AMAZING RACE! The first 10 teams to sign up will be allowed to participate! This is the first time we have done this and have lots in store! August 9: Corn Boil! Sweet corn, hot dogs and soda for only 75 cents each at noon! ALSO, the Southern Blues Band will be playing from 7:00-11:00! August 16: CHOCOLATE MANIA! Chocolate Buffet! Each family will need to bring a chocolate dish to pass. Silver Springs will be providing a chocolate fondue and dippers! YUM! Fun & games with chocolate prizes awarded! Come prepared to get messy and try the chocolate slip-n-slide! Universal Sound will play from 7:00-11:00! August 23: Tie-dye weekend! Bring your own white t-shirt or buy one from us for only 6.00/printed. We will supply the rest! DJ Roc Entertainment from 8:00-11:00 will host our first ever PAJAMA PARTY! Wear your pjs and bring your pillows for the pillow fight! August 29-1: Labor Day Weekend! The Dance Club DJ will be here from 8:00-11:00 to play all your favorites! Trick or treating, movies, games, crafts, pumpkin carving! Golfcart Parade! "Haunted" Path! Also, DJ Roc Entertainment will host this year's costume Halloween dance! THIS IS THE PARTY OF THE YEAR! September 19-21: Halloween II! Trick or treating, movies, crafts, pumpkin carving & a haunted path! Magic Matt will be here to preform his magic act and to do balloon sculpting! The Dance Club DJ will host this year's costume Halloween dance! THIS IS THE 2nd BEST PARTY OF THE YEAR! September 26-28: Customer appreciation weekend! Free Camping for our customers that camped in 2008!!! REQUIRED, IS YOUR RECIEPT from 2008 (you must be the person on the receipt) as proof that you camped at Silver Springs. Reservations are required. Also, a flashlight candy hunt for the kids! (This year we will have 2 age groups!!!!!!!!!!!) Also, take advantage of the sales in the office and grill!
