Purchase your steak from us (must sign up & pay the week before), complete meal for $10.00. May 2: Polar Bear Plunge! Also bring a pot of chili for the chili dump! May 9: Mother's Day Craft! Sunday morning from 8:00-9:00, Moms come & have a free donut and a cup of coffee! May 16: Kid's Spring Crafts! May 23: Memorial Day Weekend! Flea market/craft/bake sale on Saturday only! Fireworks are Friday night at dusk. (Just a reminder that we will not be allowing any fireworks of any kind.) Then on Saturday, join in the parade with your kids, bikes, pets, band, golf cart or whatever! Flea Market/craft/bake sale on Saturday only! Bring your treasures and set up at your site! The Dance Club DJ will play from 8:00-11:00 Saturday night! July 11: 50s..."GREASE" Theme Weekend! Grease/50's Jeopardy! The Dance Club DJ will play from 8:00-11:00! July 17-18: Surprise!! Retired Green Bay Packers William Henderson and Gilbert Brown will be making an unexpected stop at Silver Springs on Friday night from 7:00-9:00 to help raise money for the Gilbert Brown Foundation. The Foundation donates to organizations such as Make a Wish, Camp Sunshine, and St. Judes, just to name a few. They will do a 50/50 Raffle and Deal or No Deal. Tickets are $10/ticket for your chance to get on stage and win prizes! Then on Saturday we'll be doing a Pirate Craft and Treasure Find with the kids. There will be three separate sessions that your child can sign up for starting at 9:00am Saturday morning. The kids must be signed up by 9:00 on Friday night. The Cannon Ball Launch will be at 1:00, sign your three person team up by Friday night to participate...we'll take the first 20 teams to sign up. The Float Your Boat Contest will begin at 3:00 at the lake. Your boat must be built to float one person. The last boat to sink wins the prize! If you'd like to participate, please sign your team up on Friday night before 9:00. Each team will be provided with the cardboard and duct tape at noon on Saturday in the red shed and will have one hour to complete their boat. The Dance Club DJ will play from 8:00-11:00 on Saturday night. Prize for the Best Dressed Pirate. The Shake of the Day will be a Pirate Blanket...10 shakes for $1.00 in the office. July 24-26: We will be hosting GREEN BAY PACKERS-Gilbert Brown and Santana Dotson, for the weekend to help raise money for The Gilbert Brown Foundation. The Gilbert Brown Foundation provides funds for organizations such as the Make a Wish Foundation and Camp Sunshine-Kid's with Cancer. Gilbert and Santana will arrive Friday night at 7:00. They will host Deal or No Deal and Gilbert's Family Feud...tickets are $10/ticket for your chance to get on stage and win prizes. Also, on Friday night, Mark's Market (our local grocery store) will put on a pig roast from 5:00-9:00. The meal will include a pulled pork sandwich, potatoe salad, beans, coleslaw, dessert and lemonade...for $7.50 per plate with $2.50 donated/plate to the Foundation. There will be silent aucion items and a 50/50 raffle. On Saturday Gilbert and Santana will host a run/walk from 9:00-10:00 and a kid's football camp from 10:30-12:00. Please contact Silver Springs to participate, pre-registration is required. Gilbert and Santana will leave at noon on Saturday BUT they will return on Sunday morning at 8:00 to flip pancakes and serve breakfast with the Columbus/Fall River Snowmobile Club until 10:00am. In addition it's our WET-N-WILD Weekend! Get ready to participate in the Water Olympics at 1:00! The Dance Club DJ will mc the event from 1:00-4:00! On Sunday, there is a pancake breakfast with the Columbus/Fall River Snowmobile Club! The cost per adult (13 and up) is $6.00, 5-12 $3.50 and 4 and under free...all you can eat! August 1: "TEEN SURVIVOR" Weekend! Teens, you will be playing survivor! There will be a teen dance with the Dance Club DJ from 7:00-10:00! August 8: "FIESTA" Weekend! Taco/nacho bar starting at 1:00! $$ The Dance Club DJ will play from 1:00-4:00! August 15: Corn Boil! Sweet corn, hot dogs and soda for only $1.00 each at noon! THE AMAZING "Picture" RACE!
