
REQUIRED DEPOSITS:
- All campsite deposits are due from each family by January 31, when the reservation was made the prior year by a group leader. Any site not confirmed by January 31 will be released. If the reservation is made for the current year, each family is required to reserve their own site with their credit card within five days. Any site not confirmed within five days will be released. We do not charge your credit card unless you cancel your site after January 31. If the reservaion is canceled at any time after January 31 and up to two weeks in advance, your card is charged a $10.00 service charge. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, you will be charged the full minimum weekend stay.
- Payment may be made by cash, check or charge. We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover. All reservations will be sent an email confirmation and given a confirmation # which is required for cancellation of your campsite.
Cabin Deposits: All cabins are required to have a one night deposit down by January 31. If the reservation is for the same year, the deposit is due within five days of the reservation being made. The deposit is not refundable unless we can fill it.

DISCOUNTS: Camp 5 nights, pay for 4! Does not include the cabins. 10% Discount for groups of 20 or more families for 2 or more nights. Girl/Boy Scouts, etc. (inquire) Excludes Holidays: Sunday-Thursday: $6.00/person/night Friday & Saturday: $6.50/person/night

ABOUT YOUR DOG: Your pets are welcome as long as you abide by the rules. A $10.00 deposit is required and is returned to you at the end of your stay provided all the rules are followed. Dogs must be leashed at all times. You must clean up after them. Dogs must be kept quiet. Dogs are not allowed in any swimming areas or public buildings.
