Attitude is Everything!:Are you a resolutions person? Do you consider resolutions to be a launching pad? What did you learn from last year that will make this year your best year yet?
One of the most common things I hear this time of year is that people reflect on how out of balance they can get with themselves. This is why some people do resolutions.
However, I've recently been reminded that it is not so much the things we need to do, but the attitude we need to have to make things happen. Attitude is a process and a choice. For example, getting checked every week is an attitude as well as an action. This better attitude will lead to better actions, which will lead to your body functioning and yes, even feeling better. This will then give you a better attitude, which will lead to even better actions, ... and the cycle continues.
Attitude starts with you. Care enough about yourself and your family to not settle for the "less" in life that comes from a spine that is subluxated. Have the attitude of wanting normal function and alignment of your spine so that you can have the proper brain-body connection, which will lead to a better expression of your innate intelligence, the end result of which will be a better life for you. Once you have the right attitude, taking the proper actions becomes easy. See you soon.
