The Golden Gate Bridge:

It's probably the most famous bridge in the world.

What most don't know is that the reason it's still standing is that it is constantly being maintained. Exposed to the elements and the stress of 40,000 cars a day, preserving the Golden Gate Bridge is a full time job. When painting and maintenance crews finish at one end, they immediately start over at the other.

Staying unsubluxated and healthy requires constant attention, too. No, the human body isn't a machine or a static structure, but it requires constant work. Remember that all things that are of benefit to your health and life must be done consistently to receive their benefits. Regular chiropractic care is just one of the ways to help preserve good function and health.
